Our commitment to these core principles ensures that excellence in all aspects of our work is at the heart of what we do, and this is achieved through continuous reflection, and rigorous monitoring processes to inform continuous improvement cycles, which in turn is achieved through collective accountability and effective collaboration.
 
RITE designed a Quality Assurance Framework to ensure that the highest standards in programme development and training are met. Stakeholder and client regulatory standards vary from project to project, and are of the highest priority. RITE values the involvement from project clients, our team of local and international Associates, and programme participants in enhancing organisational and programme effectiveness. Monitoring and evaluation of performance and the embedding of related frameworks in all of our developed programmes is therefore integral to all that we do. 

The RITE Quality Assurance Framework has embedded a Research, Plan, Execute, Monitor/Review, and Improve/Innovate (RPEMI) quality assurance and continuous improvement model as further elaborated below. This framework enables RITE to achieve its strategic promises, to ensure quality programme outcomes, and to meet its statutory and regulatory obligations.
RITE is committed to the following quality management principles:
Research-based and data-driven, inclusive decision-making processes
Continuous review, reflection and improvement approach that is at the heart of our business
Rigorous monitoring of project outcomes against defined KPIs and targets
Internal and external review mechanisms available to identify areas for improvement and implementation of mitigation strategies
Inclusiveness and a culture of participation and ownership for all our core team members as well as RITE Associates, thus fostering collective responsibility for maintaining excellence
The RITE Education Quality Assurance team consists of the following roles:
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Responsible for the overall adherence to quality standards and procedures for all internal and external company activities and team members
PROJECT MANAGER
Responsible for the adherence to quality standards and procedures for specific projects/programmes. Responsible for providing review and progress reports on the delivery of these projects/programmes
STAKEHOLDER MANAGER
Ensures seamless communication and engagement with the client in respect of project risks/issues, feedback and achievement of project milestones
RITE ADVISORY GROUP
Consisting of per project basis appointed external quality advisors, who engage with the Project Manager and Programme Developers to assess and provide feedback against identified quality standards. Also provides academic quality benchmarking, strategic analysis, as well as advises and reviews internal quality assessments
RITE ASSOCIATES
Includes programme developers, translators, graphic designers, trainers, etc. RITE Associates should adhere to our quality standards and report against identified benchmarks, report potential issues or risks, and participate in internal and external implementation reviews

4 Pillars of Excellence Planning, which defines and serves as a core benchmark of what we do as a service provider. All RITE programmes undergo a rigorous review to ensure that these standards have been embedded
Continuous Quality Review Process, which provides data on our performance and informs our evaluation as a service provider of excellence
Risk Management, ensuring that RITE is proactive in identifying and responding to potential risks and their related impact

RITE Quality Assurance Processes

All RITE projects have a set of identified Key Performance Indicators, deliverables and standards. These are clearly defined in project plans and related documentation
Specific milestones for progress review and identified documentation related to these reviews, as well as the processes and stakeholders involved, are defined for each project
Project Managers are responsible for the rigorous monitoring of these processes, and for reporting project progress to the Managing Director
